Brenter has 20 years experience working for Main Contractors providing Commercial Management services. This work has been undertaken within the Retail, Commercial and Residential Sectors, delivering projects from £5 Million to £80 million high rise residential schemes. We have experience delivering Pre-Contract Services and On-Site cost management services.
Brenter can help developers throughout the construction process to ensure the planning design is affordable and deliverable to the required programme. We are seeing more and more schemes coming through planning to RIBA Stage 3 design, however very little consideration has been given to the financial deliverables for these schemes. Brenter can ensure that the developers needs are protected throughout this process.
Brenter has worked for sub-contractors directly. This has been in an estimating function and delivering schemes on site whilst tracking and maintaining profit margins. Brenter can help with setting up robust commercial processes to protect the profitability of companies.
Brenter are happy to consider all projects of any size. This includes domestic projects. We can advise on the planning process and produce a cost plan to send out to contractors. We can then help with the selection process and on site management.
Brenter can team up with consultants to offer clients a turnkey commercial and design solution. This will ensure that costs are considered through the planning process and Pre-Contract services to enable schemes to get onto site at the earliest possible opportunity.
Brenter has worked for a PQS firm in the past. This has allowed us to understand the requirements of the client and effectively managing their interests. A good understanding of the entire construction process allows us to provide the right advice.

Barry started Brenter Limited in order to bring honest professional commercial management services to developers, main contractors, PQS, domestic and Consultant firms. We work with a number of freelance commercial and project management freelance professionals, all with over 20 years construction experience. This allows us to tailor contracts to specific clients needs whilst keeping costs economical and reflective of the work required. We love to hear about your project and discuss how we can help.
